Ryan hands down had such great communication, and on time service he let us know he was on his way 15 min before arrival! I was very impressed when he came out and gave us our estimate. He was so knowledgeable, and I felt like he was very thorough inspecting our current situation with our home, our financial questions, and especially listening to our concerns to come up with the best solution for our needs. New Castle is 1 of 2 estimates we have received and were competitively priced with the other company. We have two more estimates to get but ultimately their communication and honesty are making us lean heavily towards New Castle Installs at this time. First off I just want to say the people that set up my appointment were very genuine and there to help. I used to roof for 15 years and when they knocked on my door they were very kind and honest. They were only one year off when they told me what the age of my roof looked like. Happy they hire professionals not just there to swindle you. They really are there to get the best deal for you. So happy with there work, I don’t know how you couldn’t give them 5 stars.

Schuyler performed a high quality roof inspection, took pictures and explained the shortcuts, poor workmanship and resulting damage done by the previous contractor. His performance and presentation were beyond excellent (8 stars)!!! He was soooo knowledgeable, professional, totally believes in his product, ,and VERY thorough. His boss provided us some very awesome financial incentives they are currently offering. They use top of the top quality products and have a team of highly trained professional installers. I am so excited to see the transformation. It will immediately add 10K of value to my home. It is a win win win!

Jeff came out to our house and was very professional and nice.
