(June 6, 2022, 12:58 pm)I have used Costco, Albertsons, and Fred Meyer and we pick up medications monthly for years now. It has been a nightmare after covid at the pharmacies. I am empathetic that they are understaffed but I am not empathetic when they are rude, condescending and unprofessional. I switched to rite aid and I thought I was time warped to a different planet. It was easy no lines the pharmacist was cheerful and helpful. I was confused for a second because bad service had just become the norm. Thank you Rite Aid for making my day start out with a smile!!!
