When we moved her back to Boise two years ago I was worried about the standard of living she had experience there. Our family has found that Touchmark is above and beyond in their care for our mother. She is in assisted care and loves her apartment and feels well cared for. She also feels safe and says the staff is very good to her. We feel her hair has never looked better with Misty’s weekly attention. The nursing staff is phenomenal and we have never seen a nurse as dedicated as Kim. She is knowledgeable and hard-working and very loving. One of the traits that I feel is important is when I do have a question or a concern I am treated with interest and respect. They try to accommodate us in every way possible. “I want to start by saying the cakes taste amazing. The taste, texture, and quality of these cakes is incomparable. I got one on Thanksgiving for the whole family to try and we all loved it. Next up, the service provided by the workers is the best. I ordered my cake for the day before Thanksgiving because they were closed on the day of. Unfortunately, I missed the time to pick up the cake since they close at 5 and I got off work at 4:30. I emailed their business email address at about 7:00 pm later that night apologizing and asking if there was anything that we can do. Within 15 minutes I got a reply saying that someone could meet me there to pickup the cake even though they will be closed. That was such a generous and nice thing that it deserved a 5 star rating.”

“I recently installed solar panels on my primary residence with Auric. I personally financed this upgrade to our house, taking advantage of the tax credits offered on the Federal Level, which I will see over the next three years as my taxes are filed. Although the up-front investment and process to gain approval in a historic district was substantial, my spouse and I know we will reap the long term benefits of producing our own energy to offset our consumption (a $115 /month savings on electricity bills alone at 2018 utility rates) and is incentive to also invest in efficiency upgrades to hopefully be net energy neutral consumers right here in a downtown location. I can tell you, it feels good to know we are producers of power, lowering the carbon footprint in this great city and state, increasing self-sufficiency, and we will eventually see a sizable return on our investment over time. Thankfully we have a strong warranty to insure our solar panels are stable and 85% minimum producers for the next 25 years. Our situation is not unique and should be an incentive to anyone considering solar. Long term benefits for self, property, neighbors, the environment, and a state highly dependent on a strong environment far outweigh their costs. My city's inversions alone should give this county and state reason to incentivize and elevate the percentage of residential solar power generators as quality of life and long term economic benefits are tangible and will only increase ROI over time, all private residential investments. If I’ve learned one thing about Idaho in the 17 years I’ve lived here, it is that Idaho supports self-sufficiency. Well, solar is just that and the entire community still benefits at the same time! It's a win / win! “Staff friendly and attentive. Fresh oysters, cold crisp and yummy. Did a crab and mussels combo. They said I wouldn't leave hungry... they were right. Down side, the corn was either not very fresh or over cooked, but I wasn't there for corn. Could put a wet nap in the basket with the crab crackers and bib. Shame all that yummy sauce and no side of rice to mop it up with. Overall we walked out smiling, loved it, will be back”
