“PA Tom D is an excellent provider along with MA Shane. I always feel he listens well and provides solutions to my chronic ear issues. What I don’t appreciate is the scheduling at SWI, scheduling 2 people for the same time slot, Tom takes the time needed with each patient, but due to SWI scheduling, getting behind is inevitable. He’s worth the time, just need to plan to be at your 10 min appt at least 45 min.”

“I took my FJ Cruiser to Trax for a 3" suspension lift, 17" wheels, 33" tires, and new running boards. When I walked in the door, I had a basic idea of what I wanted but really didn't have any specific ideas with regard to style of wheels, tires, etc. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. He gave honest opinions and after listening to a description of what I wanted he literally pulled up the perfect set of wheels on his first attempt. Then we moved to tires, where once again he nailed it on the first attempt to show me a set of tires. He asked great questions about what I wanted to do with the vehicle and then suggested the right suspension. After all that was set, I mentioned that I didn't like my existing running boards, so once again he asked a few questions about what I needed and then pulled up the perfect set of running boards online. He quoted a price that stayed within my price range and set a date for the work to be completed. I was so impressed with the quality of work, along with the fact that they stuck to the original price quote and timeline. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they said they would do it, and finished it on time. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and his team at Trax Customs.”

Very friendly customer service and I love the fact that they still have real people to check out with as that keeps people employed and is so much more personable. They have things you can't find elsewhere. People say it's too expensive, but I prefer quality products and service and cleanliness. If you have the app and are a member, which is free. I am empathetic that they are understaffed but I am not empathetic when they are rude, condescending and unprofessional. I switched to rite aid and I thought I was time warped to a different planet. It was easy no lines the pharmacist was cheerful and helpful. I was confused for a second because bad service had just become the norm. Thank you Rite Aid for making my day start out with a smile!!!”
