The people that are there are very kind and will make sure you are comfortable and okay with anything that you need. Most appointments are 10-20 minutes, and, they have a various amount of frames. Then can choose which ones you like and able to match your own style! Glasses often take about two weeks sometimes more to come in.”

Everyone I had the pleasure of working with took time to make sure I was pleased and took extra time to handle my pieces meticulously. They also resized a fifty year old ring and spent extra time checking the stone's settings and repairing them. Something I forgot to ask them to do. I consider the people who work here the best I have ever worked with. I have since had another piece made by this wonderful store. It is beautiful!! Again, the employees are the best. I used to go to Walgreens right across the street but the amazing fart ice here and the fast assistance and their ability to actually care about their customers has been a huge difference. They’ve helped out when my daughters doctor missed a refill and gave her a few to tide her over so she wasn’t without for several days and then just took it out of our next order. So appreciated!”
