We recently had an issue with a window in our home that needed to be replaced. I researched through our builder which came back to Builders First choice (ProBuild) and made one phone call. I was transferred immediately to the window department and our situation was taken care by Cole. I have nothing but good things to say about Cole! He jumped in and took care of us to the very end getting our window replaced! He personally handled our install and followed up with texts. Great place to get prints from signs to graphics. I took advantage of their longer lead time option where you can get a discount for printing if it is not needed for a couple of weeks since I was not in a rush. Ask to speak to Mike about the long lead option.
