Today I got my own braces on followed with a small procedure. I was nervous about it all, but his assistance were very sweet and kept me calm though the entire appointment, explaining everything they were doing and answered every question. Dr. Payne was exactly the same. Kind, carrying, gentle and very concerned about his patients well being and made the whole experience not as bad as I thought it would be. At both visits, she was friendly and took her time to make sure all of the concerns we had were addressed. I especially liked that each employee talked to by sons, as those were the patients. They both felt listened to and understood. Dr. Swanson made sure the boys both knew what was discussed and allowed them to be part of the conversation and decision for treatment. What a great place!”

There is one person who always stands out and goes above and beyond to take care of me....Char Reed!! She is always friendly, knowlegeable and so very helpful with making sure my glasses fit correctly. I have prisms in my glasses and am always showing up at the office to have them frames adjusted as the minute my frame is not sitting right I am not seeing right. Char is always available to get them corrected. No one else at either clinic does it right but Char. I told Char I will follow her if she were ever to leave Dr Kent....Which I sincerely hope she doesn't!!”
