My kids also had a great experience. I love the comfort menu and it’s fun to watch TV. I’ve had some negative experiences many years ago and Dr. Brown is so gentle and really puts me at ease. So helpful at the appointment and then later when I called for more information. I cannot recommend Dr. Swanson highly enough! At both visits, she was friendly and took her time to make sure all of the concerns we had were addressed. I especially liked that each employee talked to by sons, as those were the patients. They both felt listened to and understood. Dr. Swanson made sure the boys both knew what was discussed and allowed them to be part of the conversation and decision for treatment. What a great place!”

“I am a long time patient of Dr Kent's Caldwell office and have always been pleased with my visits. There is one person who always stands out and goes above and beyond to take care of me....Char Reed!! She is always friendly, knowlegeable and so very helpful with making sure my glasses fit correctly. I have prisms in my glasses and am always showing up at the office to have them frames adjusted as the minute my frame is not sitting right I am not seeing right. Char is always available to get them corrected. No one else at either clinic does it right but Char. I told Char I will follow her if she were ever to leave Dr Kent....Which I sincerely hope she doesn't!!”

“For eight years my mother lived in a wonderful retirement apartment by Green Lake in Seattle. When we moved her back to Boise two years ago I was worried about the standard of living she had experience there. Our family has found that Touchmark is above and beyond in their care for our mother. She is in assisted care and loves her apartment and feels well cared for. She also feels safe and says the staff is very good to her. We feel her hair has never looked better with Misty’s weekly attention. The nursing staff is phenomenal and we have never seen a nurse as dedicated as Kim. She is knowledgeable and hard-working and very loving. One of the traits that I feel is important is when I do have a question or a concern I am treated with interest and respect. They try to accommodate us in every way possible. Our family is grateful to the staff here.”

“I set up an appointment to get my ears cleaned, the only time they had was at 3:30 p.m. I did ask the lady who answered the phone how much the cleaning would be, she stated $45 which was a great deal compared to primary health. I took off work today due to the hearing loss, figuring I would be able to get my ears cleaned at 3:30 and move on with my day and go back to work the next day. The reason I'm giving a four-star review is because even though they did not charge me the $45 for going in and not getting the service, I wasted a whole day when I could have gone somewhere else to get my ears cleaned because they don't have the spray bottle there that places like primary health will use. My recommendation is if you need an ear cleaning that uses that spray bottle don't go to this place, they will turn you away.”
