He is always gracious in answering my questions, even when I need a second (and third!) clarification and he is just a pleasure to deal with. And it’s not just Justin; I have dealt with Celeste and others there and the experience has been the same. They have cool vehicles, know their stuff, and are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Update: late in September I bought a new 4X4 Sprinter from EM...black with big wheels and tires, roof fan and side windows; just love it. They had it there as promised and were a pleasure to deal with. But...the after the sale interactions have been even better. I am back in Boise today where I had them install an auxiliary heater, which was done in a timely manner with the van immaculate when they handed it back. Justin picked up the van from my hotel, brought it back with a full tank, added DEF fluid and encouraged me to speak with their build team about how best to go about my build plans. “Shawn fixed my dad's old lazy boy at a very reasonable price. It had been through several moves so some parts were either bent or broken. Everytime you sat in it, you'd fly backwards and sometimes tip all the way back and on your head. I didn't want to get rid of it because of sentimental reasons so Shawn worked his magic and now you can sit in it without the fear of falling from a skyscraper!”

“"Its very simple" I called Jeff at the Cutlery Shoppe in Meridian Idaho and asked him if he had the new model Cold Steel tiger with the cut out next to the thumb stud? then Jeff kindly introduced himself told me about his long time family business thats been there for 30 plus yrs and then he said I'll go in the back and check and then came back to the phone and said yes I have the knife your looking for and then I said I will place my order. Jeff then kindly talked to me on the phone for 15 minutes telling me more about his family owned business and how they take pride in making their customers happy. I was very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be ordering more knives from this new gem discovery of a knife shop.
