IGA staff is efficient and professionally friendly. My appt was with Jeremy Gardner NP-C. He was on time, listened carefully as I explained my symptoms and offered several explanations of what may be the cause of my discomfort. After further discussion, we mutually agreed that I required a dual procedure to achieve a more accurate diagnosis/treatment. I was immediately scheduled for the dual procedure within a time frame that complimented my work schedule. I recommend IGA if you require assistance with a gastrointestinal disorder.
Everyone was extremely nice. I didn't get the receptionists name, but she was very professional. Ginger, the nurse practitioner, took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I'm happy to be a patient here and Dr.Kim Waite has my trust!
