“We really enjoyed our visit! Great customer service, tried one of the new stack burgers and it was fantastic. Granddaughter had her usual chicken tenders which were done to perfection (not to be confused with chicken nuggets.) Tried the gravy sauce she got with her fries and it was really good! Overall we really enjoyed the experience and I don't do fast food very often.”

“I have had several appointments with Daranee at Restore Physical Therapy and she is fantastic! She helped me recover after meniscus surgery last year and again this year with my elbow and back injuries. She is kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly how to help me and what I needed most to recover from my injuries. I’ve found my PT for life! The staff is very friendly with a welcoming smile each time I walk through the door. Their office is convenient, very inviting, and has a warm feeling. It’s even decorated charmingly. I give 5 stars because there’s nothing I’d change about it.”

“When we were trying to find a place for my parents, we went to Cascadia in Nampa. It was a very nice looking building on the outside and looks completely different on the inside not like the normal places that you would go to, it looked more structured like business then it was like nursing home.It looked nice. Mike with Admissions showed us around to look at different rooms to get an idea even said look on the menu choose anything you want and you can see what the food tastes like. It wasn't bad. Mike is a great guy. He will spend the time to listen to the needs of the family and help anyway he can to try to help facilitate your needs. Give him a call and see if he can help your family like he did with ours.”

“I filled out form on ipad. I had list of my medicines and supplements. The front desk told me to just put see list in computer, but the medical assistants did not take my list, and I had to beg the front desk to take it. for this and other reasons, I do not think the front desk and the medical staff are well coordinated. Doctor explained options clearly, and explained what I needed to do to to pursue the one I was considering. Overall, outcome was what I think I need.”

“For years, we had been seeking the help of a good dentist with the patience and skills needed to treat our autistic son in the same manner that he/she would treat any typical patient. Dentists that we went to in the passed were always skeptical about meeting the necessary challenges. They took short cuts in cleanings, and if any dental work was necessary, such as filling a cavity, they would rely on IV sedation. Until we met Dr. Balaes, a simple dental visit became a very anxiety laden experience. Dr. Balaes is a true professional who makes it obvious that he not only loves what he’s doing, but takes pride in meeting challenges necessary to address the individual needs of his patients, no matter what their ability or disability may be. When we visited Dr. Balaes with our Autistic son, Alex, he showed no trepidation when treating him. He did a thorough cleaning, as he would with any other patient, and when he noticed 3 cavities that were probably passed over by previous dentists, he told us not to be concerned. He developed a treatment plan for Alex that did not include IV sedation. For the first time, Alex was treated using Novocain, as any typical patient would be. We left confident that Alex had received the best care.”
