“I had a good experience here yesterday that I wanted to share. My 2016 Subaru had been parked under a tree a couple of weeks ago, and some sort of tree sap had resulted in tiny dried-out dots all over the hood. I brought it into Ultra Touch, and asked them to look at it and let me know what they could do. Based on the representative's recommendations, I ended up paying for an Ultra Supreme wash and an Express Detail (about $40 total). When I got back an hour later I went to get my car, but all the tree sap dots were still there! I went to the nearest Ultra Touch representative, Kevin, and pointed out the issue. He was most apologetic and professional, and promised to take care of it immediately. He asked me to give him 30 minutes. When I got back the car was perfect, absolutely spotless. I was completely pleased with the outcome, and the way Kevin and Ultra Touch assumed responsibility for the issue and making it right. When I have similar car wash needs in the future, I'll go to these guys.”

I was provided a quote on the phone and when I showed up to have them look the car over and select a color for the new top, Chip told me that since we had talked he had found the same top for a cheaper price, which reduced the original quote. He could have easily left the quote for the original amount and made more profit by not saying anything about finding a cheaper price for the top. “Tune Tech on Fairview was great with me. I have an older Jeep which I thought had a blown head gasket. I was getting a “boiling sound” and significant coolant leak that was getting worse. I talked with the owner Chris, who had me come down to pressure check it. Chris, Blaine (mechanic), and I talked about the symptoms, and soon Blaine had found a large crack in my radiator. Their quality parts cost slightly over the cheapest I could source locally for a new radiator, hoses, and fluids. Job was done quickly, they cleared the codes, and best of all I don’t have to scrap my old Jeep! Great service, great shop full of custom muscle cars, classic cars, imports, and work trucks. Organized, professional, personable, and honest. I will be going back for their expert diagnostics and service. Very satisfied.”
