Dr. Bates listened to me intently and really tried to understand my needs. He let me talk without interrupting and acted like he had all the time in the world to just be there for me. I didn't want a provider that would give me a pain pill--I wanted to get better through different modalities. His knowledge base was astounding and he was able to explain things very clearly. If you want someone who is well versed in many different treatment options then see Dr. Bates! If you're expecting narcotics, don't waste yours or his time! You owe it to yourself to explore many options and Dr. Bates is the one to give you those options.”

He was gone for about 10 minutes and brought him back to me as he was waking from anesthesia. I was very pleased that the office was small and personal, compared to a big hospital.
