  Dan at Tiger is absolutely wonderful! He explained in detail exactly what my vehicles were worth and why! Very honest and detailed he also made my not having titles to a couple of my vehicles hassle free! He not only met his competitors offers but he beat them offering me more than any other company! Very prompt and fast in picking up my 3 cars I was given cash on the spot in the amount promised. His driver was very professional and made the process effortless! Would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use his services again. What a pleasure and relief to finally deal with one of the "good guys" out there!

  I had a vehicle that wasn't being used and had a few issues and wanted to sell it-largely for parts. After doing a few online quotes that were simply ridiculous, routed me to a call center, had me reiterate the details I had just entered online and ultimately had the quote estimate changed in a short period of time, I decided to try one more. I called Tiger's phone number, which was local, and was displayed on a nice website that had a good user experience. Needless to say, I was instantly connected to the owner. He explained that he wouldn't be able to pay for the price that I hoped to receive, (probably because it was an inflated number in my head) but he had a colleague who would very likely pay more and wanted me to give him a call and mention his name. It was his thoughtfulness and desire to actually help that had me ask him what would be a price he would find acceptable. I agreed on that price, especially because he explained the process by which he followed in order to make some money as well. He made it worth both our time. When the driver was supposed to pick up the vehicle, there was another customer that had priority pick-up, but he communicated this and actually drove out to meet me himself to exchange the money and title, and arranged to have the truck picked up the next day. Listen, I wasn't looking for a miracle. I just didn't expect the extra miles (pun intended) he went to accommodate me. We had a laugh and I feel like anyone who deals with them will have a great experience. He has integrity and that seems to be a lost trait in the world of business today. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to sell your car, sell your car for parts, or know someone who needs to off-load a vehicle they would like to sell instead of getting reamed by a used car trade-in.
