  Alejandra is THE VERY BEST!!! Make sure you only see her and if she is busy make sure you wait for her!!! She will get you the best deal there is!!! ????. Very smart and knows what she is doing! Great work ALEJANDRA!

  Great store. The new store manager Jasmine amazing the entire time. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall very happy with my experience here. If you need any help with your service I suggest you stop at this T-mobile store! By far the best.

  This Stores under new management and I must tell you, Jasmine (the new manager), is super sweet and gives you such a great customer expierence. The staff is also beyond great ! As soon as I walked in My father and i were greeted by one of the reps and everyone in that worked there were smiling and just laughing. Jasmine came from the back and introduced herself to us and her and the rep helped us go through all our options on purchasing a new phone. I even got a call the next day to ask how my fathers phone was working for him and asked if we needed anything else from her. If anyone ever comes in here Know you are in good hands with any one of them and jasmine will definitely be the cherry on top. 10 stars if I could

(773) 672-8120 I swear I don't even know why I even stay with T-Mobile these stores are the absolute worst. Worst customer service and it's 15 mins before close, and I just needed to pick up a replacement phone, which was supposed to come over night.
