(November 11, 2018, 1:00 am)Staff here makes things very bearable but getting here is a pain bc GPS gets lost. Make sure to go to the right window when you get there bc signage is no good. The city is getting rich from this department. Basically, follow the light reddish/white font ‘Chicago Auto Pound’ signs and go all the way down to river level and all the way to the end of the street until you see a long white trailer with a wooden sloped walkway area. Don’t get out the car until you see the wooden sloped walkway area and impounded cars in the back otherwise you will have to run 10mins like I did to get to the actual place.
