“Great gym located on Goose Island just off Chicago Ave. Good equipment and lots private personal trainers that specialize in different types of clients ranging from professional athletes to the elderly. They have specialists on staff for sports physical therapy and sports massages as well. Definitely worth checking out if you like a high energy spot!”

“Michael is fantastic trainer who genuinely wants his clients to succeed in reaching their goals, both inside and outside of the gym. I saw him once a week for three months. I enjoyed his emphasis on overall life style changes (and how easy they can actually be!), as well as fitness. He has a clear understanding of how the body works, and more importantly he took the time to help me understand my body movements and signals before, during, and after workouts. I went into the training expecting to only improve my strength, but I was pleasantly surprised to leave with more than that. I can happily say that working with Michael had an overall positive impact on both my mental and physical health.”

“We enjoyed the culinary camp for a week. Learned many things and at professional facility. The evening events were good as well. The instructors provided great references and skill improvement for the students. The assistants were mostly helpful. There was one that needed to not be so arrogant and bossy, instead should have put the energy to helping the class. In the end it was a good experience and the food which was prepared was great. The final day everyone got to try the other classes (baking, world cuisine ) meals as well. We will put this on the list for next year to review the new organization's changes.”
