(November 20, 2018, 10:26 am)We wanted to celebrate our engagement at a Black owned restaurant,Norman's Bistro was the only choice. Tiffany was simply impeccable. She kept us calm and laughing even with a very loud party sitting near us. The service was the most helpful that I've experienced in recent years. Try the fried green beans and lamb chops. So worth it. Norman's took care of us and made our engagement weekend just that much more special.

(October 19, 2018, 11:27 am)What a nice place! The menu is a mix of soul food standards with some Caribbean and eclectic touches. There is something for everybody - vegetarians to hard core meat eaters and nibbles to full entrees.
Food was very well presented and nicely seasoned. The decor is quite nice too - lots of real African art. The cocktail menu looked great too.
This looks like a place for a younger, hip crowd, but my two super seniors (86 & 90 years old) really enjoyed it.
I'll be back!
