“The last 2 times (which coincidentally are the only 2 times) I've been to this store, have had customer service that rivals EVERYONE! Am I going insane? Did I just say customer service by Comcast/Xfinity was amazing?? Yes... yes I did! Right off the bat, I'm greeted, conversed with like a human being, and given genuine smiles. These people not just show an amazing side of Comcast, but prove what good customer service can do! Walking in and looking around, you'll notice what I did; these employees love their jobs and talk to you like a friend or neighbor. These aren't robots, folks! I came to exchange my 1st generation X1 voice remote for the newest black one and the exchange literally took 20 seconds. No account pull up needed, no ID required, no BS. Quick, simple, and easy. On top of that, my agent/employee was able to come up with definitive answers on the fly with no "I guess" or "I think". Knowledgeable AND friendly? Did Comcast just do a 180°?? Or is it just that this store trains it's employees to be the best? No clue, but I am totally recommending this place to my friends and relatives. Oh, and the store was clean, well stocked, and well designed. But wow, that customer service though... so good..”
