  Budget Construction. I need my basement restored from wall to wall and top to bottom. We are retired senior citizen. There are so many companies that are not reputable. However, we found Budget Construction. If you need work done to your home Call BUDGET. They have a wonderful staff of qualified and professional workers. The staff is very respectful. They came out to our home assessed the work to be done , brought in a crew of workers and before we knew it the work was done to perfection.. I was glad to know that they are backed by the BBB. I highly recommend Budget Construction. Great Job.

  My wife and I have used Budget Contrsuction on 2 of our properties. In 2016 they helped us remodel our basement, and add on a porch at our home in Evanston. After being screwed by two different contractors on the same re-model, we felt lucky to find someone who was being honest with us about what needed to be done. Also, we appreciated that Don was willing to work with us on pricing, especially after a good chunk of our budget was blown on the work that was never finished.
  
  Don and his team just finished our kitchen & a bathroom in our condo downtown and we couldn't be happier. There were a few companies that priced us lower overall but we didn't want to take the risk again of being stuck with someone that was impossible to get ahold of if we had a question or concern. Don & Chris always got back to us when we'd call or text. We love our new Kitchen have Don and his hold team to thank - Looking forward to the next project!

  In summer of 2016, I had Budget expand my basement apartment (legal), increasing the size of the bathroom and living space into my existing basement. The work was all done by the same person – Greg. Bathroom work (new vanity, toilet, shower, walls, ceiling, floor and door) was done in 40 working hours. Water, drains and electric have all worked well. Living space was also expanded (kitchenette, walls, replace window, custom electric, door and tile floor – I was surprised how level the floor tile was given the 100+ year-old basement). Electric worked as planned. About 60 working hours to complete. Whole thing cost just under $30k -- the work was done quickly and it was all good craftsmanship. No problems to report.

  I had my bathroom done in 2015, the work Jon done is great I still get compliments on the room. I’m happy I chose Budget Construction to upgrade my home.
