United Polaris Lounge

Overall this is a fantastic lounge. The staff are very kind and go out of their ways to make your stay enjoyable. You often see the same staff each time see well, which allows for a sense of connection. The day rooms and showers are fantastic! The eye masks in the day rooms are very high quality and the showers have heated floors and Saks Fifth Avenue towels. There only reason why I give this lounge 4 stars and not five is because of the other clientele. It took me 5 tries to find a toilet that wasn't dirty in one way or another (from a "wet" area around a toilet to dribbles on the seat to someone not flushing). If everyone would use the facilities respectfully this would be the optimal place in any airport to spend time - it's the best in ORD for sure!

This is a newer lounge and very nice. The food is really good, private bathrooms and a lower key pace. You can relax for sever hours here, take a shower and reset for long travel.

This place is ridiculous. In a good way. If you are hungry go to their sit down restaurant. The fried avocado was filling and tasty. Their kale salad was a generous portion and filling. Warning* you must like kale to try that because it isn't wilted kale. Definitely roam if you have time. I had a 5 hour layover after an international flight so I explored! I would rank their showers top 10 in my experience. Slippers and amenities all there for you. But my favorite place here was the valet services area. Discreet sleep areas for a bit of a respite. I loved it. They included their pillow spray and face mask for you. True thoughtfulness in design.

This is a fabulous. Much nicer than the standard United Clubs. I recommend stopping in the dining room, where you can get made to order food. In addition it's lovely to just relax and recover or get ready for your long haul flight. Definitely look forward to each visit.

One of the best lounges I have seen! Food service is excellent and the sit down menu has a good variety of culinary choices. The full bar and signature cocktails is definitely a plus. The shower suites are clean and roomy. The sleep suits are wonderful, the warm blanket and slippers is a pleasant surprise for the tired traveler.
