(December 30, 2018, 5:32 pm)My nephew and I had arrived from a 4 hour flight from Guadalajara, Jal. Mexico expecting to pick up a car we had reserved with Alamo. Upon, checking in with Alamo I learned we were not able to rent a vehicle without using a credit card. I only had a debit card with Master Card logo. Amtrak and Greyhound were sold out. We checked with several other agencies and all gave the same response; no credit card, no rental car. After a half hour of trying to figure out any other options, I looked up what rental car agencies were located in my hometown. I found an Avis and immediately checked with the agent. I was greeted by Field. He was very understanding and compassionate. He checked the location of the Avis in my hometown and found it to be a few miles from my home. He called his manager to check if a debit could be used or what my options were. Thankfully, the manager agreed to accept my debit with a credit check approval. I am so thankful that Field took the time to listen and help me get on the road to home. Thanks Garfield aka Field. Thanks Avis.

(November 28, 2018, 3:31 pm)One of the nicer Avis locations I've ever been to. Sucks that you have to ride the bus through heavy traffic to get the facility but that's not their fault. the lady helping me out with my rental was exceptionally friendly. The car was perfectly clean as always.

(November 17, 2018, 12:40 am)Rental agents were fantastic. I had a small issue caused by my own doings and they assisted me to correct it. There was quite a line and it moved very fast!
