I received a call from my tenant in the middle of the night after seeing two rats in the unit in a 24 hour period!!! I called A-1 Pest Master and a technician came out within 4 hours and identified where the rodents were gaining access to the unit (through the basement), treated the area and sealed the holes.
I will definitely use them for monthly exterminating services of my rental units.
