“Fast fast fast. I walked into the Chicago O'Hare rental car center, up two flights, then out to the National area. There was an employee standing by with directions or assistance if needed. I simply selected a car, got in, drove to the exit gate where the attendant quickly recorded the pertinent information, and left. It was all much better than waiting in a stuffy, slow line waiting for help.”

My dad has always said budget is one of the good ones and as a pilot he travels a lot so he would know! They were very kind on the bus and when we dropped the vehicle back off.”
