“So good! We got al pastor tacos, al pastor and con rajas gorditas, chicken tostadas (kid order) and a tlayuda al pastor. It was all wonderful! I’m so glad to have them in the neighborhood! Tlayudas Oaxaca has definitely become our new weekly taco order.”

“Perfectly clean and tidy was what I noticed as we first arrived. Many people were enjoying their food, which made me even hungrier than I was when I walked in. Our order was made quickly, the hamburger and nachos were nice and hot but even better was that it was not dried out. It all tasted great. The salad was cold and crispy. Also yummy! I love drinking and eating here yeah!”

“Today I got a 20 piece. Lemon pepper, a spicy mango flavor I can't remember the name of, BBQ and original hot. I also got 4 complimentary celery sticks on the side. The wings were very good and to top not off.... The woman behind the bar (Anna) was super nice. She was very attentive and easy to talk to. Definitely coming back because of the outstanding service!”

“I have struggled to find delicious Chinese food in this neighborhood, but Mr. Dumpling has satisfied that craving! Their dumplings are top notch, and good value. Some of the best in Chicago I would say. A lot of flavor options for them too. We also thoroughly enjoyed their pineapple fried rice and vegetable lo mein, it had some uniqueness to it. I would definitely order from here again, and recommend it to anyone in the area. I hope they make it through this hard time! Maybe this review will help.”

“***OPEN UNTIL 2AM ON FRI/ SAT*** Pros: Super delicious! Three different vegan dog choices. My partner also enjoyed his meat dog. Fries are amazing! Would never know they're not fried. Buns were well proportioned. Great staff. Cons: Slow. Expect 10-15 for your food. Interior could be better decorated. Cost. A little on the expensive side.”

“Went for a birthday party on a Friday night and the place was nice. They didn't have a lot of selection for the new music that is out but overall decent. They have a bathroom in each of the private rooms which was nice. The real problem is if you have more than 15 people it will get crowded fast and hot as hell in there. They had a button so someone could come as take your drink or food order which was nice. Overall we had a good time. Will be back again”

“Interesting how your favorites taste different at different locations. Love this one here. Was just one person Jack (or was it Jackie?) of all trades who handled everything and it ended up spectacular.”

“I have been an occasional customer of this establishment for many years now. The first draw, in my youth, was free refills on coffee. Later, a quick breakfast with some substance. And more recently, their top-quality hamburgers. The A-1 burger is probably the best thing you could order anywhere in this part of the city. Their plain hamburger, as well, performed incredibly well. Both were juicy, savory and BIG. Their fries, though abundant, could use a little salt, so be sure to add it while they're still hot, and most burgers don't come with onion unless you ask(free of charge). The diner is cozy, and well lit, and the service is not perfect but they try their hardest to please. Don't miss this well-reputed but oft-ignored gem; your stomach will regret it.”

“Sheila, thank you for your excellent service during your busy dinner time. I was impressed by how quickly you took my order, and when I told you that have limited time until my next flight you expedited your service from the beginning to the end. At the same time you were prompt to greet other clients as well and all of this with nothing but positive attitude the whole time. Thank you again. You truly are the best.”

“Impossible Burger at O'Hare airport! Only place is Burger Federation by Gate L21. It's really really good, not just the burger itself but all the other stuff like buns etc. Great French fries! Staff are very friendly. They have an interesting menu for a burger place, kind of upscale. Prices reasonable for an upscale city burger joint. And did I mention they have Impossible Burger?”

“Absolutely incredible. The concept is wonderful, especially at an airport where the food usually sucks. I had the Asian salad and the Chia pudding. Both were legit delicious. The food is great, price is great, and I love that I can recycle the jars when I'm done, so there's very little waste (and to be honest, they're nice jars, so you could also keep them for use in the kitchen) Seriously recommend this!”

“Pretty decent meal and most importantly fast service! Without a doubt there are better places in Chicago but you also have to think it’s airport food so comparing it to places in the city isn’t a fair comparison. I got the Chicago style dog which I would highly recommend especially to someone who isn’t from Chicago to have something different (this guy from North Carolina and the south loved it). It was a good meal and most importantly quick! They get you in and out which is great for the airport or you can stay a while and have a drink if you get a flight delay (fingers crossed you don’t but happens)!”

“It was my first time at O’Hare airport and I read about Tortas Frontera in an article listing the top 10 airport eateries to try. This place Definitely did not disappoint. I ordered a breakfast bowl with eggs and bacon. It came with sweet potatoes, avocado, black beans, cheese, arugula, a tasty sauce and was topped with crunchy tortillas. Delicious!! It was a decent sized portion for under $10. When I went, the line up was short and I was served fairly quick considering they make everything to order. The sandwiches they make also looked incredible - I wish I bought one for my flight! Next time.....”
