“Everyone I came in contact with at Third Coast was wonderful to work with and the birth class was great, even as a second-time parent (so much better than the one-day class offered at the hospital during my first pregnancy). In particular, I loved working with Lauren, the wonderful doula who attended the birth of my second child. She was so sweet and supportive during my pregnancy as well as during my unmedicated vaginal labor. What I remember most is her holding my hand during transition labor. She really was a coach and source of strength for me in those final hours, doing the thinking for me so I could be completely present physically, and I am so glad she was at my side. I can't recommend Lauren and Third Coast enough.”

“Dr. Pamela Franklin has been my PCP for more than 20 years. She is a wonderful doctor who listens to your concerns and refers you to the best Specialists. She knows them personally and lets you know their credentials. When I tell the specialists who referred them to me, they all know her and say very nice comments. Unlike many other physicians your appointment time spent with Dr. Franklin is longer than the wait. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. She does not over book schedule and make you feel like you are taking up too much time. She has a professional and efficient Medical Assistant, Vickie, who has been with Dr. Franklin for more than 20 years. She is an assistant who seems to wear many hats. Although most times you have to leave a message, Vickie is very responsible and returns calls quickly. They are both caring and professional people.”
