  Elgin Hyundai was great. I went in having a little bit of knowledge about what I wanted to buy. Dan did a great job helping narrow it down. Sales manager, Nick was great in getting the price to what we wanted. If you go to Elgin ask for Dan and Nick. Love my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe.

  I walked into Elgin Hyundai on New Year's Eve. I almost left when I saw how busy they were- guess there's lots of procrastinators out there like myself, waiting until the last day of the year to buy a car. But I'm glad I stayed because I ended up driving out with a 2019 Santa Fe that I love. Given how busy they were I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive the staff I dealt with were. When I first walked in all the salespeople were occupied. I was approached by the manager, Mike, who said he'd be happy to help me. He asked some questions to assess my needs and where I was at budget-wise and determined that the Santa Fe would be a good option. I really wasn't thinking of going the SUV route since I've only ever driven sedans but Mike convinced me to give it a chance and take it for a test drive. Needless to say that's all it took. The best part was how painless the buying process was at this dealership. My least favorite part of buying a car is the paperwork because usually you walk out of the office wondering what just happened and what you agreed to but that was not at all my experience here. I felt like everything was explained to me in detail and I knew exactly what I was getting. AND I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I've been to dealerships where it's taken the better part of a day to buy a car and still walked away dissatisfied. That was not the case this time. I definitely would recommend Elgin Hyundai. It's definitely one of my better New Year's Eves. Thank you Elgin Hyundai!

  The team of Hyundai in Elgin are amazing! When I first called in, I was greeted by Katie who is just the sweetest. Jeremy Rosa was our salesman and he was remarkable in getting us what we needed and could afford. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We highly recommend him and will seek him out in future purchases. I cannot remember the finance manager's name but he was a super nice guy and didn't try pressuring us into buying anything we didn't need. I can't say enough nice things about these guys! made the buying process a pleasant one!
