“Three days before Christmas and we wake up to a cold house and lots of stress. Two hours later we have heat. Two days after Christmas we have the new furnace. This replaces the 23 year old unit that started waking you up whenever it turns on. Full disclosure, I have relied on Evergreen since the mid '80's. Same owner, and they have done everything HVAC related in our house over the years. But there was a time when I had to nag them (think preventive maintenance) to replace the 19 year old AC unit that they installed. After repeated visits and assurances that the system was still working, it finally failed SEVEN YEARS later. Do I trust Evergreen...umm... yes. Technical excellence, terrific technicians, flawless installation, never a pricing issue. Then my daughter buys a house and uses Evergreen! So, yes, we have been repeat and loyal customers.”
