  So far the best DMV I have been to. All the staff was very polite and professional.

  As far, the best IL Secretary of State facility I have been to. Their staff is friendly, willing to assist and very professional. The wait in itself is expected as in any SOS office. Overall the service provided by this location is better than the rest of the IL SOS facilities.

  Went right when it opened on a Thursday, and I was through in 30 mins for a real ID. Could’ve been faster even if some people in line at information had all of their documents! Everyone was very professional and helpful. Look higher than where they tell you to for your picture though. My eyes are half closed in the pic.

  This location has improve. Big time the agents working onsite. Are welcoming have a good manner to treat people. Also bilingual and Tony great guy fast and reliable .

  I was waiting for. 2 hrs. But I was able to see big improvement and workers willing to work also. Wendy. You did a great job.
  
  Clean the bathrooms paint them put a paper towel dispenser and soap . It's a plus by having a biohazard dispenser for people who have medical conditions ++++ keep up with the good work and a little more maintenance.
