  Aliza and Amber were so sweet and helpful to me during check in. Seriously the nicest people I've ever met checking into a hotel. The 24 hour shuttle service is so convenient. Loved my experience here.

  Clean, spacious, and unique decor. I don't know that this is the nicest 4 Points I've stayed at, as I like the brand, but the staff, as always, was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well stocked, and the price was amazing. Great value for the money.

  Due to a winter storm, I spent a night here. Room was large, very clean and quiet.good size TV. The hot water is very hot. After you open the hot water, takes few seconds to get hot. Elevators are a little old but overall it is good.

  Nice hotel in this price range. Conveniently located a few minutes from the O'Hare airport with free shuttle service. The nearest restaurants outside of the hotel restaurants are about a mile from the hotel but options are good. Staff was professional, room was clean and the gym is pretty good for a hotel gym. Coffee in the lobby was a pleasant surprise; much better than most lobby coffee in my experience. All in all, had a nice stay. Recommended.
