“Dr. Mencel is the best Dr. that I have ever had. If I need an apppointment right away, I usually get one. I was sick for months and months, and was just getting worse. To the point that I couldn't get up and go to work; even just walking to my kitchen wiped me out and I felt like I was on deaths door step. Dr. Mencel did a slew of blood tests, and a couple days later when the results came back, she thought she knew the problem. She told me a couple things to change in my diet, and told me what to avoid. I did exactly what she said and I was like my old self in just a couple weeks. I truly believe that Dr. Mencel saved my life. Another time she was able to get me an immediate appointment for a test at the hospital, and a couple days after that, she called me to say that she believed that I needed to see a specialist for surgery, and she was able to get me in to see him the next day, even though he didn't have office hours that day. The morning of my surgery, the surgeon informed me that Dr. Mencel had just stopped in to discuss my surgery. It felt good to know she cares enough to take the time to do all of that.”
