(November 18, 2015, 4:50 pm)I had been practicing Bikram yoga for about a year when I moved back from the city to the suburbs and I was delighted to see that Bikram Yoga Burr Ridge was so close to my new home. I was very pleased with the variety of students and instructors at the studio and especially the cleanliness!
My yoga practice has improved tremendously under the guidance of owner, Midge, manager Diane and all of the instructors. I have also found Bikram Yoga Burr Ridge to be a wonderful refuge from the daily stresses and strains of life.
In fact, I enjoy my practice there so much, I spend a lot of time there and I don't feel like I am working out at all. Come see what BYBR is all about and I hope to see you in class! -

(November 16, 2015, 6:14 pm)I'm a complete newbie and feel welcome and comfortable every time I go - very important to me since I'm trying to integrate yoga into my life. My friends that are seasoned yogis are regulars and love the challenge each instructor brings. Studio cleanliness, impeccable.
