“Had front end collision on my car. They did an excellent job on my repairs. Paint job was nice and all the parts fitted in nicely. My car looks brand new again. Two months later I hit a parking block and my bottom shield came off. Even though it was my fault and didn’t have anything to do with their repairs. They said they will reattach it for me for free. Great customer service. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair done.”

“I was looking for a birthday cake for my sons 3rd birthday. The theme was construction site. I went in and placed the order with Ahmad(spelling??). He was nice and patient to be sure every detail was accurate. When I placed the order I also got 3 chocolate dipped strawberries and HOLY COW were they delicious! As for the cake, the chocolate with strawberries was nice and moist and very good. The red velvet cake was somewhat dry. I was very disappointed that the helmet on the top of the cake was a SOLID piece of fondant. I tried cutting into it not knowing to serve a piece and it was like a rock. When I lifted it off the cake it weighted about 10lbs. Felt like it was such a waste as it went straight in the garbage because it was inedible. While I was pleased with the service I was a little unhappy with the shape of the helmet, it being solid fondant and the red velvet being a little on the dry crumbly side.”

“I’m a 19 year old massage apprentice, and I have a lot of neck pain, frequent migraines, and sciatica. Recently in the past 6 months, I’ve suffered from serious head trauma and a car accident. I came to this place because I was in so much pain, it hurt to breathe, also I don’t make a lot of money and first timers only have to pay $45 for first hour session. The therapist was really good and definitely knew what he was doing. I left feeling a lot of relief and was ready to take a nap. I have gotten massaged many times before, and I rated 4 stars because the location may look a little shady, but he’s a really good therapist and deserves the acknowledgement.”

“We have been needing new rotors on our Cadillac for a while, but the price quoted previously at another mechanic had me shook. Art was recommended to us by a good friend and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He took the time to show me what was wrong with the car’s brakes and made me aware of another potential issues that we should keep on our radar- I love that! He assured me they were going to use high quality parts and I feel confidant in the quality of work that was performed; not to mention- ecstatic about the money saved. Art also let me know how to treat the brakes as we break them in (no pun intended) and I can’t recall anyone else ever telling me the importance of that. For me, it’s the little things like that that show me how much pride they take in their work here at Performance Auto. I’ll definitely keep making the short trip from the city from now on!”
