“I wanted to start off by thanking my friend Mary Jo for inviting me to join her at one of the Crossfit classes at Premier. She said I think you might enjoy it! Well I've been hooked ever since. I can't believe in just 2 1/2 months how much my physique has changed. I've never been a club guy. I always worked out at home didn't like waiting around to use equipment. At Premier your in and out in 1 hour and the workout is incredible! Goran is a great instructor and motivator. He is always pushing you for your best effort! I'm 53 years old and my goal is to have six pack abs by next summer. Something I haven't seen since my early twenties!
