Hands down the best workout in the area. Something new and challenging every class and the coaches are incredible.

It goes by quickly. It is a full body workout and the coaches are motivating, helpful and nice. Also if you miss a class you have to pay which is sometimes the only thing that makes me go in the early morning.

MyTrainer works with me to achieve my goals with the flexibility I need for my schedule. Plus, it’s a fun time!

Absolutely LOVE myTrainer!!! The best part about belonging to this place is the fact that you NEVER have to set up an appointment and can just pop in whenever it suits your own schedule. And, once you are there, you can rest assured that you will be in great hands with whichever trainer is there that day as they are all quite qualified and very pleasant. The energy that Maria (the owner) brings to her job is infectious. Don't hesitate to join...you won't be disappointed

I’ve been attending myTrainer for 3 years and I love the concept as well as the trainers. Recently I received special attention from Rob as we addressed my tricky back during my workout.
