“This review is ONLY for KEVIN at this location. I haven’t had great customer service at this dealership as a whole, but Kevin has made up for three years of unnecessary stress I’ve had to go through with this location. Long story short there was a miscommunication about my warranty and roadside assistance. Kevin spent an hour on hold and speaking to roadside assistance reps and supervisors to take care of me. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was compassionate, patient, and 100% genuine. In this day and age that is so rare to find. He was a real joy today and brought laughter to a very frustrating situation. I hope he is being treated as well as he treats others at this dealership. He deserves the best. I am so grateful for all that he did today.”
