We have now purchased our 3rd RV from Kirkland RV, and continue to be very happy with the organization. We had decided to downsize, after keeping our second RV for 3 years, and I called Ken about the options. He was off for the next couple of days, and asked me to send an email with our requirements, which were basically a Sprinter-based RV with a walk around bed and a dry bath, and promised to get back with us in a couple of days, when he was back at the office.
Less than an hour later, I received a phone call from Kevin, who was checking the email and told me they had just what we wanted coming in from Oregon the next day (Saturday). He arranged for us to see the RV Monday AM, and we bought it on the spot. It was exactly what we were looking for.
They are very conscientious about the quality and function of the rigs they sell, and insisted on installing all new tires, new coach batteries, fixing an issue with a check engine light (it needed a fuel filter), and fixing the engine AC unit, which wasn’t working. So, we couldn’t pick up our new RV for about 10 days.
On the day of pickup, the AC, which had been rebuilt, wasn’t working again, so I had to wait a bit for the mechanic to install an additional gasket, and unfortunately this fix didn’t last for the trip home, so I went back the next week for an additional attempt at fixing it, which also didn’t last. Ken was very apologetic about this, since I live about an hour drive from their lot, and he told me I could pick a local to me shop to fix it, if I wished. I picked a shop within walking distance of my home, and after 2 more visits they were able to fix the problem, and Kirkland RV reimbursed me for the charges.
My point is that a used RV will always have issues (though often fewer issues than a new one), and you really need to choose a dealer who will stand by you and work with you over time to make things work right for you. Kirkland RV is just such a dealer, and we would strongly recommend anyone considering a RV purchase to see them first.

They have new owners!!! I brought my car in for an oil change, ran into a little problem but the owner contacted me himself and took care of everything right away! Excellent customer service, very thankful there are still some good honest people out there! Thank you!!!
