  I love REI! They are very helpful if you want them to be or they'll leave you alone if that's what you want. The store is clean well stocked. You have to know your prices & what you're willing to spend. I went in there to buy some winter boots. I wanted warm waterproof boots and they had a few choices. The sales associate was able to guide me in finding the correct boots for me, by the criteria I have her.
  We bought our kayaks here this summer and we were happy with the service we received and the advice that were given. Their sales are awesome so watch out for them. If you're not a member I suggest that you join.

  My boyfriend surprised me with a shopping spree. We had a great experience interacting with the sales associates. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were delighted that there were so many items on sale. We purchased clothing for me, a nice backpack, portable hammock, camping cookware, LED lights, and a few more items. It was super convenient that the store was right next to Whole Foods. We were able to do shopping for dinner all in the same complex. You definitely need to stop in and check out the great sales and great customer service.

  Great store with a massive selection of high end gear for outdoor use. Everything from clothing to camping gear is engineered to be top performing equipment. A lot of the stuff is expensive, but is well worth it if you use the item a lot, and they have a lot of sales if you catch it the right time. Also they have a great return policy for almost everything you buy.
