  I found myself stranded with a bad alternator, Mike, Tony and the staff were so helpful and understanding.. With their awesome service, helped me diagnose the problem and put me on the Road. I'll be forever thankful. Highly recommend this place.

  The Manager Tony and his associate Aiden was so helpful. I was a Damsel in distress and they saved me. They saved my car. They were so polite and patient. If I ever have car trouble again I will definitely be back for there help. Thanks guys.

  Excellent service. Store manager Michael Leone helped me twice in one day at the Concord store. He went extremely above and beyond, was knowledgeable and more than helpful. Thank you!

  I highly recommend Nurse Nicole at Trio Med Spa! I have been getting facials with Ali (also AMAZING) and finally decided to take the plunge and get some Botox with Nicole. Knowing she has over 16 years of experience made me feel really comfortable. She was so patient and so kind. She really took her time with me and explained everything in great detail. I hoped to just look a bit “refreshed” and that is exactly what I got. Could not have had a better first-time experience!

  Trio Med Spa is a beautiful and tranquil place to go. Every time I’m there I feel pampered, relaxed and walk out feeling so much better. I see Ali frequently for my problem skin and she’s made a huge difference. Her facials and skin care techniques have helped me so much. She is a true professional. I also see Ali for laser hair removal which has been life changing! It’s awesome and I can’t wait to do more areas! I highly recommend Ali and trio med spa!!

  Ali is AMAZING! She customizes your facials according to your skin type! I always come out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated!!! Highly recommend her!

  I've been coming to Trio and seeing Ali for years! They have the most welcoming environment and the staff is the best. You're in good hands at Trio. I honestly don't know what I would do without them!

  OMG. I cannot say enough good things about Ali and her great facials. She has helped me transform my skin from a dry piece of sandpaper to hydrated, smooth and clear. I cannot thank her (and Trio!) enough!
