“I just had to leave this review. I live between two states (GA & IL). I was in a GA store shopping for a few items for my home in IL. Once I found what I liked I called and spoke with Hana, the store manager. Hana was a blessing. I told Hana what I was looking to purchase, and she went the extra mile and suggested that she look in the system and send me an email letting me know what was available and how soon. After reviewing the email of options, I was able to look around the GA store and make my selections. I then called Hana back and placed my order over the phone with her. That is definitely the true meaning of customer service. Hana deserves a raise and promotion!!!”

“This store is actually Darvin Furniture & Mattress Store. They are an authorized dealer for Bassett Furniture. The staff here are very attentative and thorough. We walked in and made an inquiry about Basett Furniture Beds. The salesman took us directly to the Bassett Furniture showroom. He was very knowledgeable and did not try any pressure sales tactics like other furniture stores. We had some homework to do on colors and staff follow was again thorough and knowledgeable. Great store and staff. Definately recommend.”

“Very nice employees. It seems like they dont have a huge selection of baby boy items and I wish they sold thermal(long john) bottoms since they sell the tops. Their selection could be a lot bigger, so I usually shop online but you can find decent deals on clearance. And the good thing about it is they price match what's on their website.”

“They were slammed with customers retrieving their formal Wear for various events for the weekend, when our party arrived to pick up out tuxes. Even with the influx of customers they were very attentive to our needs. There were a few issues with getting the correct shoes but the correction was flawless and prompt. Return of our rentals went even smoother and they were very understanding when I returned my pants that didn't seem to handle my sick moves on the dance floor. Great experience, very recommended.”

“The Orland store was hard to find because of the directions on Google. But we were able to find it. My husband and I was just plan on browsing for prices and make a purchase for early next year. However, when we walk in, we was approach by Mr Dan who was very friendly and helpful. We told him we were just wanted some prices for a King size bed. We laid on a couple of beds and Dan adjust it to our comfort .My husband has severe back problems and he notice the difference right away. To top it off, Sleep Number had a huge sale going on. We couldn't passed up the offer, we were at the right place at the right time and made the purchase. This is our first time ever visiting the store. Thank goodness for the tv commercial. We are excited and can't wait to get our new bed. Mr. Dan was very thorough and told us everything we needed to know including the warranty.”
