  After my furnace developed problems, I had Bob from Union Heating And Air Conditioning company to diagnose the problem fully. He explained the issue that I was experiencing with my furnace as well as answered all of my questions completely and in a way that I could understand it. His service was fantastic and far beyond what I would have expected. His professionalism and respect for the company came through as he also spoke very positively of his company!!!

  Our first experience with Union Heating And Air Conditioning and they were great! Very nice lady on the phone, and our technician Bob was amazing. He came to diagnose our furnace issue and clearly informed me of all possible issues. Great customer service from beginning to end; I highly recommend Union Heating And Air Conditioning.

  Very satisfied with the services we received. The personnel are friendly and answered all of my questions. Our technician, Bob was on time and promptly called me at work upon his arrival as I had requested. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me before making the repair. I would recommend Union Heating And Air Conditioning company.

  Bob our technician was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. He wore booties over his shoes, so he wouldn't track dirt on the carpet. That is huge in my book because many workers have tried not wearing them. He was funny and polite. He was all smiles and smarts. Will continue using Union Heating And Air Conditioning for all heating and cooling needs.
