  Stellar service! Car buying is rarely enjoyable, but Rene Peyton helped me find the right car for me. He was friendly, honest, and gave me plenty of space to thoughtfully consider my purchase. I never felt pressured and appreciated how quick and responsive Rene was throughout the entire process. His personality made me want to buy from Muller’s Acura. The finance manager, Patrick Douglas, went above and beyond to help me get into a great car at an affordable rate, after I had been hassled and offered terrible rates at other dealers. Rene and Patrick worked together to help me get into the perfect car. I brought my certified car in for a quick service shortly after purchase and was treated wonderfully and put into a very nice loaner while they had my car. I will definitely return to Muller’s next time I am in need, and I will encourage everyone I know to give them a try. Mullers has stellar service, a great selection, and very competitive prices.

  I was recommended Sebastian by a neighbor who recently bought an Acura and I can see why. Very low pressure and genuinely wants to help. We had told him we were just looking at the time, and he gave us a great deal. We told him we'd be in touch and left feeling pretty good. Then my current car had major issues only 2 days later. Worried, I called Sebastian and he said don't worry about it, just bring it in and we'll work it out. I don't know how but he got us the same deal that we had initially even with the broke down car. Truly a great experience.
  
  Patrick was also great; explaining all the different options and how they would change the payment. He was easy to understand and explained things differently if we got confused. The only complaint is that I was told that we could get a check for part of the trade in and wasn't informed it would be after the deal was funded which can be 5-10 days. While I wish I would have been aware of that information, it doesn't change my opinion on how great he was at explaining the numbers.

  Very happy with our recent car-buying experience at Muller’s Woodfield Acura. Lance was great to work with - so friendly and followed up regularly during the whole process, from the time we first called looking for a specific 2019 model that was just starting to be delivered to dealerships, to the time we came in to pick it up. He was very patient and thorough in explaining everything and answering our questions. Lance sat down with us and went through all the settings and features on our new car. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his dealership, and would be happy to work with him again.
