“Jason was absolutely fantastic and provided great customer service. I called him yesterday around 4pm and asked him about a chip on my windshield and he met me at the place I was getting my windows tinted the next morning at 8am to take a look at my windshield and ensure it was okay to have work done to it. He didn’t charge me for taking a look at my windshield and even came to me. That speaks wonders. Much appreciated and if I ever have another problem with my windshield I’ll go back here instantly over something like SafeLite. Thanks Jason and Joseph! “Once again Steve at Untamed Auto was able to help me out and fix my truck. A little back story I bought my 2010 Ford F-150 used and the dealership gave me an aftermarket warranty. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle my transmission started slamming and bucking. I took it to Steve and he was able to diagnose that I needed a new transmission. “Just got our roof done in Bartlett- Julius was our public adjuster. Him and his team did a wonderful job completing the job! I was amazed by how well he was able to accommodate and cooperate with my family and I. Not only did he quickly write up a quote for us, but he also walked us through the process, and even went as far as helping us narrow down our decision on which roof design to go with. When the roof project started, Julius would make frequent visits to the house to ensure his workers were doing their job properly- he also consulted with us to give us a recap on what was done and what was expected to be done each day. Towards the end of the project, they cleaned up very well and I’m happy to say that I didn’t find a single nail on my property. Definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to get a new roof or any work done on their home exterior!”

“I had an accident a few days before Christmas. The driver took off after he ran me off the road. If I hadn't went onto the shoulder it would have been much worse. My car was scratched all down the driver side and my mirror was hanging on the side. I was crushed because I had the car only 6 weeks. I took it to Aurora and Nancy and they made an appointment for me to bring it in. My car was ready the next day and looked as good as it did the day I bought it. They took car of me plus some. They even helped me get my grandkids car seats out the rental and put them in my car. I am disabled so this helped me greatly. I will always come to this shop. I hope I never need you again but just in case. I highly recommend Collision Service Center to anyone that needs body work done. They are very professional, kind, and good prices. “Where should I start my review? First, Jeff is a highly skilled mechanic that has serviced over 20-25 different vehicles of mine since 1997. My entire family uses his services and we have never had any complaints. I really like that he listens to you as a customer and speaks directly to you. He always diagnoses the issue and then calls to let you know prior to beginning the work. I work on my own vehicles a lot and restore vehicles as a hobby. It is really hard to drop vehicles off for someone else to work on them but I do not have time to fix daily drivers on my own. I would trust Jeff with the most complex of issues.
