I'm at this fabulous spot EVERY TIME we're at the outlet!! Incredible selection. The most kind and helpful associates. Max (August 2022) was absolutely FABULOUS!!! I shopped here three times in one trip!! Great sales, sizes and styles for everyone!! Such a fun store! Vans are perfect for my wide feet. So comfortable! Their clothes are great too!!! If you love this brand, DON'T MISS THIS OUTLET STORE!!!!

Very helpful staff. There when you need them but know when to give you space as well. I recently decided to pick up skateboarding again in my 30s. I came in looking for more Ankle support and walked out with a comfortable pair of shoes that also provides better grip on my board.

I’ve always loved Vans. But the employees at this store are very knowledgeable and are there to help you out. I went in and Alex spent hours calling up stores trying to help me get just a pair of limited edition vans. Working in retail myself it takes individuals who not only value customer service but their customers. I appreciate everything Alex did and the chance I got to get the shoes I’ve been searching everywhere for. He helped me find a relative shoe to figure out my best size. I had ordered a pair from an online store that sells limited edition pairs so I didn’t want to go through a whole process again and he was able to work through it all wit me. He didn’t make me feel like I was asking too much and continued to give me assurance that he was happy to help, it wasn’t a problem. Thank you Alex and everyone at Vans Woodfield!!

Maurine and who assisted her were both excellent!! I haven't worn Vans in a good minute, and they definitely helped make it an enjoyable experience. Top notch customer service, being able to accommodate for my vegan lifestyle. Definitely check them out if your looking for that next pair of kicks
