My neighbors stove caught on fire melted her vent she was hysterical and I'm telling you that was so much compassion and empathy one of the firefighters even hugged her and she was sobbing I am just elated that we have these sort of firefighters that are protecting our city kudos to all of them”

The smell of books (and the large collection of books to choose from), the movies you can choose from, plus if you get a bad disc, when you bring it back, they try cleaning it & fixing it on the spot. If not, they order a new copy so you can finish the movie when it comes in. Everyone is so friendly & helpful, I look forward to going back!”
