“My puppy Loki just started puppy training classes with Robyn a trainer at the Mount Prospect Pet Smart location. We just completed our first class and I can not explain how impressed my husband and I are with the amount of passion Robyn has. She not only explains reasons for your pups behavior but she also gives you demonstrations using the pups in the class. She encourages us as owners to build a bond with our pup and to show the pup to come to us for guidance. We all know each pup has their own personality and it is so interesting to see how she can just do simple things that make a huge impact on the pup and us as owners!
