  I went in for a consult for dental implants and found out I also have a root canal. When I went in for my root canal, Dr. Pallotto came to the conclusion that my tooth needed to be pulled, it was hard to know the actual damage from xrays as I have spacers on that tooth. Although I was upset, Dr. Pallotto showed true compassion with my situation and made me feel better about this unfortunate event. The office called me the next day to see how I was feeling. Everyone there is compassionate and understanding. Dr. Pallotto really eased my fears of going to the dentist with his jokes and stories. I would recommend him to anybody.

  I was looking for a new dentist after moving to Oak Lawn. It was not an easy task. I'm a pretty easy patient. Not all offices are the same and some are really challenging. Through my insurance I found my forever dental office. Oak Dental, Dr.Chris Pallotto, his assistant, Aneta, Sarah and Rachel and all of the other lovely ladies I met were kind, professional and welcoming. I arrived 10 mins prior to fill out my paperwork and actually felt as if I'd been going there forever. A nice office, (tried to negotiate for the flowers), the staff were organized, knowledgeable and super efficient. My exam was thorough and gentle- Dr. Pallotto took time to explain my teeth issues, my options and recommended me to another professional for additional consult. He was extremely reasonable in understanding my g wait to go back. Thank you for restoring my faith in your profession. Reader ps. - Seriously, the tooth fairy has nothing on these lovely people.   I have been coming to Oak Dental for 10 years. Dr. Pallotto is the best. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about insurance and patient costs. Had severe sensitivity on one tooth, and Dr. Pallotto fixed it where I didn't have pain within a few minutes. They have convenient hours too. Dental hygienists are very good too.

  I'm a medical professional myself but have always had a serious fear of going to the dentist. I had bad experiences in the past with dentists and had waited years before finally going to Oak Dental. I explained my fears to the staff and they were so kind and gentle with me. They didn't make me feel guilty or embarrassed for waiting so long to see a dentist. I have had many appointments for cleanings, fillings, a root canal (no pain!), and a crown. There's much more work to do on my teeth and they've helped me create a plan to tackle the remaining issues. Dr. Pallotto is very funny, kind and respectful. The dental hygienists and office staff are always kind and seem genuinely happy with their jobs. They even helped entertain my 10 month l old baby while I had an appointment! I'm happy to have found a great dental practice and would highly recommend!
