“Had a great experience with Tim after my front door knob mechanism was broken. Came home one day and the knob turned but the jam didn't release. Fortunately we had a back door I could use to get in. After tinkering a bit myself, I figured I'd need some professional help, rather than damage the door (like I saw in a few YouTube videos).
