“I had a nice experience here recently. A light had gone on my dashboard for maintenance- I realized I was late getting an oil change & I thought the light meant I was very low on oil. It was early evening and I had a long day of driving the next day so I was worried. I decided to stop at the O'Reilly near my home and I was thinking I would ask one of the guys in there if they could put a quart of oil in for me to buy me time til I could get my oil changed. A young man named Andrew was working that day and I explained my concern to him & that I wouldn't even know how to put oil in my car and he came outside with me to check the oil. Long story short - I didn't need oil - he explained what the light was indicating & was very nice & informative. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and he actually put my fears to rest that I would be fine for a couple of days til I got my oil changed. I was truly impressed with this employee and grateful. Some places might have tried to take advantage of a woman who obviously didn't have a lot of car knowledge. After this experience - whenever I do need anything car related I will go here and I would highly recommend them. I really wanted to give this young man a good review - he deserves it.”
