“Three days before Christmas and we wake up to a cold house and lots of stress. Two hours later we have heat. Two days after Christmas we have the new furnace. This replaces the 23 year old unit that started waking you up whenever it turns on. Full disclosure, I have relied on Evergreen since the mid '80's. Same owner, and they have done everything HVAC related in our house over the years. But there was a time when I had to nag them (think preventive maintenance) to replace the 19 year old AC unit that they installed. After repeated visits and assurances that the system was still working, it finally failed SEVEN YEARS later. Do I trust Evergreen...umm... yes. Technical excellence, terrific technicians, flawless installation, never a pricing issue. Then my daughter buys a house and uses Evergreen! So, yes, we have been repeat and loyal customers.”

“Picked up our christmas tree here a few years in a row. They always are great about helping you tie it up on top of our SUV after giving the tree a fresh cut at the bottom and cutting off the bottom branches for us. Only reason I didn't give five stars is the selection outside, while there are enough trees, they are all laid down on top of each other and to get a look you have to pick each one up yourself. Not a big deal but when you pick them up they are kind of flat from the weight of the other trees. hard to tell sometimes if the tree is even. Great service though, I'll be back again.”

I would like more variety and options because there's not many maternity stores and shopping online does not help with the fit. I don't enjoy how pushy a worker can be. I need a moment to look around before every minute I am followed and asked if I need help, or what my style is, what the sales are, casual small talk, etc. But some people prefer that attention.”
